We want to make products that smell undeniably good, are high in quality, responsible in design and form a connect with the customer.
We don't make products in a haste. We want to be sure that the fragrances inside our products are beautifully crafted, something that we would love to use ourselves.
We want to be a fragrance brand that is loved and admired
The bedrock of our existence:
The guiding light for our products is fragrances. We will go wherever it takes us. That can mean more fragrant products or new product categories altogether. Tomorrow, even if we end up making a pair of socks, our customers will know that it’ll have something to do with fragrances
The first question we ask ourselves, do we absolutely love what we have made? We don’t hesitate to go back to the starting point if it’s not making us happy. We are not running after a large market share; we are running after best products and happy customers
We believe fragrance products are bought more out of interest than out of necessity. Which means our customers and us have a common interest – good fragrances. So we treat customers as our peers and learn tons from them. We actively seek feedback. If we falter, we admit and put our heads down to improve. Comrades deserve transparency and trust
Resources, whether in your own factory or on this planet, must be allocated intelligently. That’s our baseline. Ten out of ten times, we will opt for better ingredients over flamboyant packaging. Our packaging is low waste and eco-friendly. Our designs are simple but the content inside is top quality. We want customers to pay for what matters
While we put our heart and soul in making top class fragrance products, we are clear that we want to enjoy the whole journey. We want a happy working environment within the workplace. We also inculcate this philosophy in dealings with our vendors, partners, consultants et cetera
