KP aka Kaushal Patel: Co-Founder
KP is an ex-banker & an author which makes you wonder what he is doing here. Well, he’s also an MBA in Marketing & Branding, has worked in the FMCG field, and had always dreamt of having his own brand. You will find founders who start a brand because they come from a background of product manufacturing. He is founder who comes from a background of being a customer! Isn’t that equally important, or even more?
Mado aka Manan Doshi: Co-Founder
Manan is a veteran (or maybe veterans are Manan). A seasoned businessman with a solid acumen and an entrepreneurial streak. The idea to start a perfume brand would have miscarried if it were not for him. The connects, the infrastructure and most importantly, the zeal to do this is completely to his credit. He has his own large business to run and yet he manages multiple other projects. Thankfully, he’s not interested in politics!
Niyo aka Niyati Jhaveri Patel: Co-Founder
Niyati is the tour de force of the whole team. Deftly balancing her customised furniture business housed under Artista Homes and providing critical suggestions for Dopamine. Her strong sense of style is just a shade under her management skills. Both of which have been very valuable for Dopamine. She too is an ex banker and an MBA. She’s also married to Kaushal but aside from that she’s taken all the right decisions in her life
VP aka Vimal Patel: The Perfumer
VP is backbone of getting the physical product out. All the marketing skills can only be good to make someone buy once. But the quality and the experience of the scent is something that can transform that buyer into a customer. That’s where Dopamine got lucky. Vimal has a very strong presence in the manufacturing set up of Perfumes, Deodorants, Shower Gels, Toothpaste, Creams and what not. He migrated to India from the US with tons of experience and knowledge in Perfumery which has helped Dopamine immensely
DD aka Dhwani Doshi: The Designer
If you are also one of the many who briefly stopped browsing to admire the branding and logo, it’s to Dhwani’s credit. Designing is her forte. Armed with her team of designers, Dhwani is forever busy deciphering the client’s vision and adding her creative finesse to it. The whole rigmarole of going back and forth on the design options and selecting one becomes much easier with Dhwani around!
